Remy hair comes in two forms and i.e. single drawn and double drawn.
Remy Single drawn hair is shaved off from the head of a single donor in a ponytail form. Care is taken to remove the very short hair. For example: a hair piece of 7" to 10" inches of Remy quality of single drawn has hair length of 8", 9" and 10".
Remy double drawn is the hair of finest quality with the same wave length in a piece. The hair is arranged with equal lengths. There will not be any short hair in a piece.What is Non-Remy hair?
Non-remy hair is the most popular and commonly available form of hair. The roots and tips are mixed in non-remy hair. Tangling is the problem generally associated with this form. But it is overcome by shaving off cuticles or ends.
It is also available in single drawn and double drawn form. Single drawn is of a slightly lower quality than double drawn hair. The hair will have up to a 2" difference in the tip; that is, some hair will be up to 2" shorter than their original lengths. Double drawn hair is similar to remy double drawn wefts in that all hair are the same length.How a term 'Bulk' differs from weft?
